Srishti Sharma is a serial entrepreneur, Padma Shri nominee (2025), and award-winning social activist with over 10 years of experience building startups in healthcare, food technology, smart wearables, and education. Recognised as Asia’s Most Innovative Woman Entrepreneur (2020), she is dedicated to creating solutions that drive meaningful change.
An Economics (Hons) graduate from Delhi University and an actuarial scientist, Srishti combines technical expertise with a passion for women’s safety and empowerment.
At Shakti Wearables, Srishti pioneered India’s first women safety smart wearable — a device designed to prevent crimes like rape, acid attacks, and molestation. With features like non-lethal electrocution and SOS alerts, it empowers women to protect themselves and call for help when needed.
Her work has been recognised by the Prime Minister of India, as well as Chief Ministers and Governors across various states. She is a 5-time TEDx speaker, a Josh Talks speaker, and has received awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year 2024.
