  • Our standard delivery time ranges from 7 to 10 days from the date of order placement.

    • Location: Remote or out-of-the-way areas may take slightly longer to reach.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, may cause delays.

Order Tracking Options and Instructions:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details via email.
  • You can track your order’s status by following the provided link in the email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available, as it may take a short period to be updated by our shipping partners.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • In the rare event that your order cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to do so, the order will be considered canceled, and a refund will be processed, excluding any applicable shipping charges.

International Shipping:
