At Shakti Wearables, we take product quality seriously. Due to the nature of personal safety and electronic products, our return policy is structured to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery and only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are intact.

  • The product shows no signs of activation, testing, or wear

Products that fail inspection will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, worn, or activated products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers (unless stated otherwise)

  • Hygiene-sensitive and personal safety products should be used once opened.

3. Return Approval Process

  • All return requests must be initiated by contacting us at uroojshaktiwearables@gmail.com

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any return request at our sole discretion.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to:

  • Proof (images/videos) provided within 48 hours of delivery

  • Verification and approval by our quality team

No replacements will be issued for damage caused after delivery.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • Refunds, if any, will exclude shipping and handling fees.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Shakti Wearables reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria

  • Deny refunds for policy abuse or repeated return behaviour.

  • Modify or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice.
