Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy

At Shakti Wearables, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of electronic and personal safety products, this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy has been designed to ensure product integrity, safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unactivated, and undamaged.

  • The product remains in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, inserts, and labels are included.

  • The product shows no signs of installation, activation, testing, tampering, modification, or wear.

  • The return request is approved by Shakti Wearables after verification.

Products failing inspection shall not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products shall not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products.

  • Activated products.

  • Worn products.

  • Products with damaged packaging.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Products modified, altered, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized persons.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, accidents, water damage, or failure to follow instructions.

  • Products purchased under promotional, clearance, discount, campaign, sale, giveaway, or special offer programs unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • Hygiene-sensitive and personal safety products once opened.

  • Corporate, institutional, bulk, CSR, government, distributor, reseller, or customized orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact:

The return request must include:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Contact information

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photographs and/or videos where applicable

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


4. Transit Damage and Defective Product Claims

If a product is received damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • The customer must notify Shakti Wearables within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs and videos must be provided.

  • Customers may be required to provide an unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon receipt.

  • Failure to report within the specified period may result in rejection of the claim.

All claims remain subject to inspection and verification by the Company.


5. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests may be approved only in cases involving:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Transit damage

  • Incorrect product delivery

  • Missing components attributable to the Company

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.

The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an alternative remedy at its sole discretion.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds shall only be processed after successful verification and approval.

Approved refunds shall be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) charges

  • Handling charges

  • Payment gateway charges, where applicable

  • Convenience fees

Refund processing may require seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days following approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon the customer's bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.


7. Pre-Booking and Advance Payments

Any amount paid towards:

  • Pre-bookings

  • Advance reservations

  • Priority reservations

  • Early-access programs

  • Launch bookings

shall be strictly non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Company.


8. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation only before dispatch of the product.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, refuse, suspend, or modify any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Product listing errors

  • Technical issues

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Stock unavailability

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment verification failures

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Force majeure events

  • Faulted product delivery situations

In such cases, the Company may issue an appropriate refund at its discretion.


9. Failed Delivery and Refused Delivery

Where delivery fails because of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer shall bear any:

  • Re-shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Handling charges

  • Storage charges

  • Associated logistics costs

Any refund approved in such cases may be reduced by shipping, handling, logistics, and recovery costs incurred by the Company.


10. Inspection and Verification

All returned products shall undergo inspection and verification.

The Company reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request where:

  • Information provided is inaccurate.

  • Evidence is insufficient.

  • Product condition differs from the reported condition.

  • Fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.

  • Policy conditions are not met.


11. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent claims and abuse, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Request additional information

  • Conduct investigations

  • Verify order and delivery records

  • Verify customer identity

  • Deny claims where fraud is reasonably suspected

Repeated abuse of return, refund, replacement, cancellation, or chargeback processes may result in refusal of future orders and legal action where appropriate.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shakti Wearables shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential damages

  • Business losses

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

  • Customer misuse of products

  • Events beyond the Company's reasonable control

Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.


13. Right to Modify Policy

Shakti Wearables reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or withdraw this Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication on the Company's website.
